Technical Administrator - Part-Time

Key Objective:
- The role of the AppleCare Administrator is to manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the service business.
Duties:
- Work with ICS to manage and complete cycle counts (finish prior to noon)
- Manager parts receipt, tracking and distribution process including updating case status to “Repair in Progress” noting the parts received. This includes staying alert to Loss Prevention issues and using checks and balances based on processes and reports.
- Process received depot repairs including verifying successful repair, repair confirmation, customer contact and updating case notes.
- Assess parts needed and place order prior to deadline (3pm PST) completing all necessary paperwork and communication with RFL
- Box and send all units to depot prior to your vendor’s deadline update status of shipment as appropriate utilizing available vendor tools (web, phone, etc.).
- Be intimately aware of inventory levels and order replacement consumables as needed
- Answer phone and take care of CS issues as needed
- Provide end of day summary to ASM Service.
- Manages install forms (I-31 file) verifying they are all signed and have receipts attached, and performs monthly storage and office organization
- Manages end of month/new month paperwork, CRU paperwork and document storage.
- Manages customer pick up process for all completed repairs, including identification verification and preparation
- Perform customer check-outs as needed
- Perform DTs whenever possible
- Maintain tools and other office supplies
