Sydney Store Hiring In March 2008 the company FutureStep e-mailed recruiting notices to those who had previously expressed interest in a retail store job in Sydney or Melbourne. Here's the e-mail that was sent out. Dear *********, In the recent past you have applied for a 'Mac Specialist' role with Apple Retail. FutureStep, the recruitment partner to Apple, are excited to announce that Apple are now actively reviewing and recruiting to this role. We are therefore looking for an updated expression of interest from you, so that we can pursue your application further. This also provides an opportunity to send us an updated resume. As a Mac Specialist you will have direct customer interaction and retail exposure whilst working for a Global brand. In the past, Mac Specialists have pioneered the retail revolution and established the Apple store's reputation for superior customer service. Today's Mac Specialists continue to fuel Apple's retail success and we hope to add you to the team. If you wish to pursue your application with Apple, please reply to this email and confirm your ongoing interest. All applications must be emailed, and must include two attached documents: 1) An updated version of your resume (Word format preferred), detailing your recent retail experience; 2) The completed 'Mac Specialist Register'. This is an Excel template (attached). Please complete this register, ensuring that you do not remove/edit the spreadsheet layout.
