Man, do you not know how to take a survey. Most of the questions are based on a snapshot of my experience, not a total number of experiences of others. I've sat at the Genius bar next to an irrate customer and the Genius guy did his best REGARDLESS of the customers dissatisfaction. The customer could have gotten a new computer and STILL would not have been happy. So from my standpoint, your survey is skewed at best and does not offer a true representation of Apple Stores. Most of my techie, i.e. Linux/Windows friends also don't make it any easier when they play stump the Mac Geek and then laugh at them for not knowing the 23,000 products that are available. Yes, I have high expectations, too, but I'm also realistic about people in general. Oh, BTW, next time you have a bad experience at an Apple store, or any store for that mannner, give them YOUR company name and address and ask them to come during your busiest time and see how you handle things. Oh, and most don't give where they work because they're too embarrassed by their own actions.
