Regent Street Apple Store

Thanks to Alex for these photos of the future Regent Street (London) store, showing the black-painted barricade in front of the space that Apple will occupy, and the construction work on the arches--and even inside.

In the above photo you can see the traditional black-painted "Apple" barricade--even though it doesn't really say "Apple." The store will occupy the part of this large building show in the photo, comprising four arches (the two on either end are obscured by material stretched over the scaffolding).

Detail of the center-most arches of the space Apple will occupy, showing workers inside the building, and the work on the arches themselves. You can see that the window will consist of several different parts, separated by metal which now appears to be wrapped in a white material.

Detail of the right-center arch, showing workers on scaffolding behind the arch, the tile mosaic on the front of the building, and the arch window detail.
