Loss Prevention Manager - London / Regent Street

Primary Job Responsibility:

Responsible for loss prevention reduction in assigned stores.

  • Make bi-monthly visits to stores to insure LP policies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Conduct quarterly LP audits
  • Conduct internal investigations as needed
  • Conduct on-going LP training with store staffs
  • Conduct monthly LP calls with regional Store Managers
  • Communicate best practices

Assist in the development of LP training

  • Contribute to monthly LP newsletter, LP videos as needed and additional training programs as needed.

Responsible for regional new store opening and event security

  • Provide store opening LP coverage
  • Coordinate unopened security coverage after construction turnover
  • Train new store staff
  • Hire LP staff for stores as required
