Cram and Jam Window Display
In late July 2004 the Apple stores changed their front window displays to a "Cram and Jam" promotion that focused on
back-to-school specials, including on iPods and laptops. The windows included plastic panels into which several objects
were embedded, including pencils, erasers, paperclips, sports tickets, rubber bands, and a school book.

The display is composed of clear plastic panels with embedded objects, photos, and shelves
holding laptop computers and iPods. All the objects are held up with a wire cable system.

One of several lucite/plexiglass panels with embedded objects, in this case pencils. Other
panels include pink erasers, paper clips, sports tickets (fake), a school book, index cards
with class notes handwritten on them, and rubber bands. The panels are about an 1-1/2 inches thick.
