Apple Retail Store - Business Marketing Brochure

In Nov. 2003 senior vice-president of retail Ron Johnson explained how the retail stores were evolving, and how they would participate in a strategy to generate more sales from small business. The strategy includes a "Small Business Day" at Apple's stores (Wednesdays), priority service on hardware, and other features.

Apple issued two brochures and a card promoting their business and small business services. The card was headlined, "Big support for small business. Apple has everything your business needs." The card mentioned "Services" and "Financing."

The first 4-sided brochure was titled, ""Let's do business." and explained leasing and financing options available to business owners. The brochure explains the difference between the two plans, and which would be most cost effective. The brochure mentions, "Every Apple Store has a Business Specialist and an onsite finance expert to answer your questions."

The second, 6-panel, fold-out brochure covers a lot of territory. It's titled "Businesses run better on a Mac. Here's why." Each fold-out panel then explains a specific feature of Apple's business services:

A Mac lets you focus on your business, not your computer.

Same software, minus the crashes.

Get a marketing department free with every Mac.

Connect to any network. IT department not required.

It's easy on the bottom line.

Good help is easy to find. [accompanied by a business card cut-out]

The back side of four fold-out panels feature a case study, showing a photo of a business owner and their business card.
