The specialists did all the jobs. I thought he extra roles where always convoluted. Concierge always felt limited and overworked. The need for "experts" who can sell will keep more knowledge on the floor instead of just in the genius room. Every store already had "experts" in their specialist and management ranks, now it is just official and compensated properly.
