Awesome info!!

I am actually interested in applying at my local store. And I was just interested in the pay scale options. I have my bachelors degree, and was a supervisor at Puma for 2 years in college ending in 2005. But since then I've been a Final Cut Pro editor, so I would of course be interested in being a Creative.

Would anyone know what a Creative, Specialist, and then this new Expert posistions per hour pay range would be?

Thanks and again great post! :)

Maybe they changed it to the more complicated structures because they knew Microsoft will copy that. Now Apple is probably saying, haha.

So they are basically going back to the way it was when I worked there. The specialists did all the jobs. I thought he extra roles where always convoluted. Personal Shoppers did the same thing all the other specialists where doing but they where always the top sellers in the stores.

It seems like every year there's a reorganization of the stores personnel, positions, and responsibilities. Sure, you can argue this is necessary because of the highly volatile and ever changing environment within the stores, but still... really?

I like the new changes. Concierge always felt limited and overworked. The need for "experts" who can sell will keep more knowledge on the floor instead of just in the genius room. Every store already had "experts" in their specialist and management ranks, now it is just official and compensated properly.

I imagine that the theater positions, family specialists, Business Partner (and business Specialist) positions are staying as is?
