That's new?!? The Apple Store I frequent (Pacific Centre in Vancouver) have had both the bags and receipts under the display tables ever since it opened last May. Stores receive upgrades when it's determined that they're needed. Most stores have had multiple EasyPay printers for over a year, but one of the stores I used to work at only got a couple extras installed for holiday (then took them down shortly after). Stores in need of renovation may not get it if they aren't performing strongly enough to warrant the expense. It depends on the store.
