Almost two years after opening its first store in Italy, Apple has confirmed that it will open a store in Milan later this year. The Macitynet Web site reports that job listings have appeared on Apple’s Web site, but that the exact location of the future store hasn’t been pinpointed. Several Italy-based Web sites have posted rumors of a planned Milan store back in mid-2007, and Ron Johnson confirmed two Milan stores to the setteB.IT Web site in April, 2008. Apple’s first store in the country opened in Rome in April 2007 to a large crowd. The Milan store could open by year’s end.
