		<description>Far be it for me to be contrary, but the construction at Apple Store University Village will not be adding a second floor of retail space. Observation of the building and inspection from the roof of the nearby parking garage to see the roof, shows the building itself is only 16-18 feet tall. Considering that Apple standards show that EVERY floor of their stores be 10 feet tall this simply would not be possible. Perhaps there will be second level storage or staff space in back, but you can count out second level retail space.</description>
