Apple is ready to open a two-level retail store in Bristol (UK) this Thursday at 12:30 p.m., coinciding with the grand opening of the Cabot Circus shopping development in city center. The store will serve the city’s 410,000 residents, filling in a large southwest region previously without an Apple store. Like other grand openings, the first 1,000 visitors will receive a free commemorative T-shirt. And unlike current store openings, there will be a sweepstakes for a “Digital Lifestyle Collection, that includes a 13-inch black MacBook and a silver 8GB iPod nano. A store in Geneva also opens on Thursday, followed by another in Zurich on Friday.
