Apple will open its first store in Kansas this Friday at the new One Nineteen shopping development in the city of Leawood. Considering that the Missouri river has already turned east before it even gets to the Plaza area it’s not correct to say that Leawood is across the river from the Plaza store. More correct is to say that it’s across the state line. [IFO -- Thanks...geographic point taken.]
