The University Village (Seattle) retail store is scheduled to receive its second make-over in less than a year. According to tipsters, Apple will downsize the store to half-size while workers add a second level to the store, similar to retailers in adjacent spaces at the outdoor mall. However, it’s not clear if the additional floor space will be used for retail display or simply storage. The store underwent a retrofit late last year to remove the store’s theater and move the Genius Bar to the back wall. This latest construction is set to begin June 16th.
