A black construction barricade has appeared in front of space #151 deep within The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, indicating the exact location of the future Apple store. The space is at the far western end of the huge mall which, using a faux sky, resembles the outdoor shopping districts of Rome. The store will be flanked by The Gap and Armani in the section just before the dead-end that includes the Atlantis fountain, Cheescake Factory restaurant and the aquarium.
This plan of the mall shows the huge length of the indoor shopping mall, which is constructed to resemble a shopping street in Rome. The “G” section is closest to North Las Vegas Blvd., which is the outdoor entrance. The “C” section connects to the casino and hotel. The mall is huge–it’s one-quarter mile from the street to the location of the future Apple store.

This more specific mall map shows the various spaces, with Apple slated to occupy space #151, a space that is about 40-feet wide.

The mall is designed to resemble an outdoor shopping district of Rome, even though the mall is entirely indoors. The effect is created by the lighting, which includes a faux “sky” ceiling. The Armani store is visible in the background to the left of the future Apple store, while The Gap is to the right in the photo.
