Normally after the scaffolding comes down it seems like they aren't really finished, but they really just have to clean everything up and put on finishing touches. I would say they probably won't end up redoing the sidewalk, since it really isn't in that bad of shape. Anyway, you could probably tell if it was going to open sometime soon if work was being done during the day and at night, since that is what they did for 14th st. in New York City. When the scaffolding came down there, they announced the store around the same time, and still had a ton of work to do. Not only that, but if you ask any of the construction workers when it is going to open they are almost always right from my experiences. I am guessing they will probably officially announce it sometime this week.
