The reason it's on Michigan Avenue's is because there's the classroom up there that looks out onto it, and Apple wouldn't want them looking out onto an asphalt roof now would they. Here however, the only thing up there is air conditioning equipment, and while they care enough to hide the machinery behind walls, they're not gonna plant and care for a garden no one will see, except if you're in the Prudential Building apparently. -Brian No rooftop garden.
