As expected, Apple announced that the grand opening of the Mall of Louisiana (Baton Rouge) will be this Thursday, March 6th at 10 a.m., coinciding with the opening of The Boulevard, an new expansion area of the mall. It’s the first Apple store in the state, and also the first along the central Gulf coast. The Baton Rouge store will be ran by a very good manager named Reggie Arnold. I worked with him at Willow Bend.
Here are some pics and vids from the grand opening today! We stayed up ALL night with excitement and were very lucky to be one of the first hundred in the door, and out with a tshirt ;-)
