I went in on opening day

2nd floor is, similar to duggy said, the genius bar (at the far end, 3 workstations - look at picture 10) and software, accessories and kids section (there were loads playing games on the imacs)

its quite a small store, but id rather travel for 15 mins rather than 1 hr to london!

If it's anything like the Princesshay Exeter store that has the same sort of design (narrow, 3 sections down the side and stairs like that at the back - but with an all glass frontage instead of stainless steel) it'll be accessories, software, kids area and the Genius Bar(s) (is a small one on either side in Exeter)
