For a first store in Vancouver, certainly not impressed with the location. Let us hope the design adds more to it.

Why not impressed with the site? Pacific Centre mall is in a fine location.

Not overly happy with the location. You would think a city like Vancouver would have a much more prominent area to put the first Apple Store.

Hopefully this will just be the first of many Apple Stores to open in Vancouver. Hopefully a non-downtown location will open up. Maybe somewhere around Broadway and Granville - there’s a lot of foot traffic around the area.

Are you guys kidding? Pacific Centre is a good location; you can access a downtown-bound bus in most parts of the city, and most of those routes terminate within a block or two of this store - if not right in front of it. Considering the crappiness of trying to get anywhere in Van by car, seems like a good idea. Probably a 2nd location in North/West Van - better “car” location - and then something at Granville/Broadway. As a guess.

Pacific Centre is the highest selling mall in Canada on a per square foot basis. Apple is the highest selling retailer per square foot.

    Made for each other.
