Holiday E-Mail Promote Stores

November 30, 2007

Apple has sent e-mail to registered product customers introducing the new Concierge position as “your guide to finding anything,” and “the ultimate holiday workshop” sessions. The e-mail also promotes the One to One personal training service and Personal Shopping, along with Youth “JAM” Workshops scheduled for January 2008. With rare exceptions, the e-mails are the only promotion or advertising that Apple does for the stores. See the e-mail after the break.

Also check this small photo from Apple’s “Mac” Web page, promoting the retail stores’ One to One service–it’s the same man as in the e-mail.
