Sit back and listen to their sales pitch. It's so lame. Back in my days as a Mac Specialist and a Mac Genius, I always knew how to give the customer the right solution. It's funny to hear the Dell guys talk the customer into things that they don't need. It's also sad to see. They ruin the whole buying experience. We are so brutal :-) You know what’s fun?
