Ergo a Dell is a pumpkin?

Have you noticed how overweight a lot of the Dell kiosk employees are? I bet they look just like jackolanterns all dressed up in those shirts. What’s with that slogan anyway? Can’t they think of anything better? At least Apple is creative.

And to think I have went out of my way to be nice to those jerks in the mall.

I need a shirt that says “Buy A Dell, Burn In Hell!”

See how that works for them.

We are so brutal :-) You know what’s fun? Sit back and listen to their sales pitch. It’s so lame. Back in my days as a Mac Specialist and a Mac Genius, I always knew how to give the customer the right solution. It’s funny to hear the Dell guys talk the customer into things that they don’t need. It’s also sad to see. They ruin the whole buying experience.

It’s not nasty so much as kind of amusing, because in fact increasing numbers of people -esp younger people - do want exactly that.

They want one for Xmass, dummy!

Working in a Dell kiosk, especially in a mall where there is an Apple store, has got to be a lousy job. I can understand why they’re a bit touchy.
