The Macworld-UK Web site reports that the Regent Street (London) store celebrated its 10 millionth visitor on Tuesday by awarding Michal Revivo a black MacBook, iPod nano and a One-to-One membership. The store’s staff had been anticipating the arrival of the visitor #10,000,000, and reportedly applauded Revivo when she came through the door. The store opened in November 2004, meaning the store has hosted an average of 9,100 visitors a day since opening. In comparison, Apple’s U.S. stores averaged 1,300 daily visitors during 2006.

Proof if any that Britain needs more stores. Now just think about poor mainland Europe!
I second that John, I live in Hertfordshire and travel to the Apple store in Regent Street once every month or so Apple need to create more stores preferably within Hertfordshire. London is £20 return train ticket its crazy :(
