The Web site Inside CRM has posted an article describing 12 strategies Apple uses to create customer loyalty. The list pretty accurately sums up the Apple experience, including the retail store chain. “This is a space where Macheads can not only get service but also hang out with others who enjoy Apple products just as much as they do,” the story notes.
