Seems like Apple would be well to install LoJack in all their store computers. That will help track the computers down!

The stores have a wonderful style to them, but is it coming at a price? I mean, I D K what Apple could do to prevent a cinderblock from flying through the front door or window as I would hate to see Apple ned to install metal grating for after stores close, but that may need to be what they do. Too many stores are open to streets and not in enclosed malls for this to be considered a rare occurrence. To be honest, I’m surprised it took as long as it did before the first store (Shadyside I believe) to be burglarized, but now there’s a total of four with those last three coming within 2 1/2 weeks of each other. What a shame.

3M has a variety of films that can be applied to glass which prevent windows from being shattered. Perhaps they should explore this.

“Police said the break-in triggered an alarm and an officer arrived less than a minute later, but the suspects had already fled…” What were these guys on? In & Out in under a minute? Were they wearing some kind of super suit? [IFO -- Makes you wonder, doesn't it?]

I would guess that if someone tried to use the stolen items, it would trigger Itunes, Iphone etc, that the items were stolen, wouldn’t it? Vinnie

Well if they could get the SNs# of the stolen iPhones, the next time they try to activate them with AT&T, those could be flagged. [IFO -- My impression that stolen iPhones are pretty much useless if the ESN/SNs are known.]
