Logo Appears, Opening Date Set

August 23, 2007

The black construction barricade covering the space adjacent to the existing Bay Street (Emeryville, N. Calif.) store has now sprouted white Apple logos, confirming that the store will virtually double in size when the expansion is finished later this year. A photo by Michael shows a forklift out front to lift a crate of stainless steel, either for the interior or expanded façade. At the same time, the Louisville Courier-Journal reports that the future Oxmoor Center store in that city will hold its grand opening September 8th. It’s the first store in the state.
