Logo Installed at Glasgow Store

August 16, 2007

Construction is nearing an end at the future Buchanan Street (Glasgow, Scotland) retail store, with the giant, back-lit Apple logo the latest item to be installed over the front entrance. A photo by Duncan Sinclair shows the logo going up between the entrance columns of the historic building that was built in 1842. Also check a more complete set of photos by alasdair, which also shows that the interior is finished, including the mezzanine Genius Bar. Based on tipsters’ reports and these photos, the store could open by the end of August.
