Latest Beijing Reseller to Open

Without an official Apple store, Beijing (China) residents must rely on on authorized resellers for their Mac and iPod products. Now the Design Group Co. will open a third location in the Beijing apm mall, a seven-floor structure on Wangfujing Street in city center. The MacinChina Web site has details of the store and a photo of the front construction barricade, and says the store could open around August 18th. Although other American retailers are making moves to locate in China, there has been no rumblings that Apple has immediate plans for a retail store there.
