Apple is renovating four more stores: Pentagon City (Virg.) and Legacy Village (Ohio), the former for five days starting July 30th, the latter for 12 days starting July 30th. The renovations will include floor plan changes, relocation of the Genius Bar and furnishing upgrades. The Freehold Raceway (NJ) store will close August 19th to 25th for the now-standard floor plan change (good-bye rear wall POS, Genius Bar to the rear wall), and the Burlingame store will close four days in the next couple of weeks for a similar renovation.

Isn’t Pentagon City the only store with a T-shaped format? It also might be the only one to be directly sharing a wall with a Sony Style. [IFO -- You're right...unique store!]
I believe you meant to say July vice June in the announcement. [IFO -- Thanks for the correction!]
It seems that other stores are going to get fixed. All NJ stores will have some kind of work done in the next 90 days.
THe Old Orchard store in IL will be closing soon too.
There are signs up in the Village Pointe — Omaha NE that say it will be closed for renovations from Aug 20-25.
