I have been on the the Bristol website to look at the stores, but no mention of Apple. They have just opened in Exeter of all places, but they would be missing out if they didn't open in the 3rd financial city in the UK. Apple Stores go beyond what any other retailer can do or does. Just because its Apple I think you expect to much. If you are rude to people and bitter because you " heard " were told the wrong thing then it is likely they will not go above and beyond the norm. When you go to a restaurant and you are rude to the waiter do you think he doesn't spit in your food? Your Mom & Pop stores are just as bad. I laugh when you guys talk about Customer Service. In Temple Meads opposite the train station. That's your closest your going to get and from my own and a few friends and family, they have better customer service than any Apple Store out there!!!
