That’s an interesting film on the design and building of the Cube Apple Store! It really takes a long time to download! The discussion of the Purity of form is reflected in Friday’s NYTimes Arts section on Phillips Johnson’s Glass House in Connecticut.

It makes me want to go out and get my G4 Cube from the garage. The last time I did that I was appalled at it’s lack of performance.

Same German guys that did all the glass @ the Regent Street store.

Is there a mirror to this film? The link is very slow.

This link is way to slow to even watch it keeps stopping. Tried to download but it was going to take 6 hours to download after a few minutes downloading. [IFO -- Obviously, increased traffic has made the server slow down.]

the video seems to have some audio sync issues, audio falls behind about 1/3 way in. interesting though

Thats a great film… Saw our very own Scottland connection Matt Duffy in the film.

VERY interesting and VERY well produced. There was obviously some money put into the making of that film (trip to manufacturing plants, quarries, and helicopter shots of the store itself). Thanks for the link!

This video is shown during Apple retail orientation and training. Very interesting.
