Glasgow Store Construction On-Track

June 22, 2007

Thanks to Martin for the photo of construction work on the future Buchanan Street (Glasgow, Scotland) retail store. The interior structure of the store has been reconstructed, and it appears the flooring has been put in and then covered with wood. However, the electrical and other work work is still in-progress on both the lower and upper mezzanine levels. Based on the construction and other information, the store could open before the end of this year.

It’s where The Pier used to be, on the corner across from the Borders.

Glasgow apple store should be open by the end of August, or at least that is what they told us during the recruitment process. The new recruits will be going through their three week indoctrination into the cult of Apple right now!!
