What's the difference, REALLY? I have had the (old) AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Nextel. None have been "great" by any stretch. And, what has amazed me, is that only one person I know would change to Cingular to get an iPhone. As to the service level from the AT&T stores, that is truly a joke. I've had ocassion to stop into Cingular stores both in Nothern and Southern California and the employees have the worst attitudes I have ever seen. I question if Apple is aware just how much Cingular is disliked and distrusted. The only reason that AT&T is the largest is because of the voracious mergers.
