Developers of the Palladio at Broadstone mall in the Sacramento (N. Calif.) suburb of Folsom have penciled in Apple as a possible future tenant. The Main Street-style destination center will include over 750,000 square-feet of retail space, as well as a medical complex. Construction is just under way and could take a year to complete. The developer has proposed leasing Apple a 4,300 square-foot space near the middle of the complex, and it could open by Spring 2008.

Makes sense. The Arden Fair location is in an economically less desirable area. Folsom is nearer to the rich suburbs of El Dorado Hills and other affluent areas.
The Galleria at Roseville passed out a Memo to tenants today releasing the first 5 stores that are going into the expansion, and Apple was on the list.
