The Albert Dock store is a dump, I have had nothing but bad customer service from them. They just want to take your money and then you can get lost, hope the Apple Store puts them out of business.

At last! Today I had to do that 70 mile round-trip to take back my cracked four month old MacBook (anyone else had this?) Can’t wait to have a store on my doorstep. I know that area of the city and the development site looks amazing. An exceptional addition to Apple’s retail portfolio. Wonder if Steve will turn up for the opening, he’s a big Beatles fan!
