Several new stores are slated to open at the Unicenter shopping mall in Buenos Aires (Argentina), including an “Apple Store,” as promoted on a sign painted onto a construction barricade. The mall isn’t among the city’s top-tier shopping malls, and the spaces within the mall don’t match the size typically occupied by Apple. The sign indicates the store opens in May, 2007. [See the comment that states the sign has changed to indicate an Apple reseller.]

It’s doubtful that this is a “real” Apple store (i.e.. one of Apple Inc.’s stores). It is most likely simply a store that sells Apple’s products. We have several of them here in the malls of Jakarta, Indonesia as well.
Um, the mall *is* the biggest mall in BsAs. It’s actually not in the city of BsAs, but the province. It’s huge mall and a huge draw, so it could be a real Apple Store. But probably not.
I agree with Stevie here, it is very unlikely that Apple will open an official store in Argentina. But I have been to that mall and whoever is planning to sell Apple products over there will make a lot of money…
The signs says Apple Center - MacStation.com.ar. It doesn’t say Apple Store anymore. It’s gonna be the 2nd Apple Center in Buenos Aires.
Hi,
IS a reseller, is not an Apple Store.
