The deputy manager said they didn't have the staff to answer the phone. That cost me a 1 1/2 hour trip + car parking to find out that if I bought an iMac with 2GB ram from the store I would have to pay for the FULL 2 GB upgrade and be given the removed 1GB to take away. It would have taken 45 Seconds to find that out over the phone. Zero marks Apple Stores UK for Southampton and any other store that doesn't answer the phone! I ordered from the website in the end.
