The Waterside Shops (Naples, Fla.) retail store will open March 10th at 10 a.m., featuring the usual commemorative T-shirts and sweepstakes. It will be the 12th store in the state, creating a tie between New York state and Florida for the second highest number of stores behind California with 34. Based on personnel hiring and construction, the store was scheduled to open before the end of 2006, but for some reason was delayed until after the New Year.

A mall employee at Waterside Shops claimed a last minute redesign scuttled the November opening. It was stated that the new design will be the first of it’s kind.
