The building has been ear marked for a conference centre, virtual offices and residential penthouses. There is no doubt that a store in this location would be successful but the limited space suggest that this site is not best indented for Apple. If Apple wanted to make it's mark on Sydney, they would of secured the old Gowings Store which is a little further down George Street, opposite one of Sydney's most prestigious shopping strips and buildings, that being The Queen Victoria Building (QVB).
