As far as I know, the Kanyon store is an authorized store but I've these repaired at a different store called Arti: http://www.arti.net.tr/ They repaired my logic board on my iBook twice and the hard drive on my Macbook. It took a little time because they had to send away for the parts, but they honored the warranty and I didn't pay a cent. They were professional and knowledgeable.
