Garden. It's five stories--five very compact floors. You look at Google Map satellite pictures and you would never believe that there is a Home Depot there. That store is one of the top five revenue producers. Apple has done this before in other historic districts and should be a better corporate citizen. Look at the wonderful store in London and imagine something like that with the extising Boston building.
