The Los Gatos downtown area would really benefit from an Apple store (I say this as a long-time resident and former technical coordinator of an all-Mac school in LG). To be hung up by a 1% increase in "formula" stores is just another example of why they need to seriously reconsider the intense degree of bureaucracy they employ on most decisions regarding businesses moving into town.
