Apple has announced the grand opening of the First Colony Mall store for Nov. 11th at 10 a.m. The opening will feature the usual commemorative T-shirt giveaway, and sweepstakes with $2,500 grand prize and ProCare first prizes. It’s the 10th store to open in Texas, and the fourth in the Houston area.

Yay! Any tips for first time Apple store opening visitors? :P
Oh and since this is inside FCM, are you going to camp out at the entrance?
There is an outside entrance to the store too.
To the apple store??? Really?? Are you talking about the one next to Barnes?
I see it’s using the large entrance next to B&N.
It’s different than we thought.
Jake and I arrived at 5 30 this morning and stood outside until 6. We have been sitting in the mall since then :]
The cops kicked my friend and I off the mall property at 2 am.
I hear the hireacops didn’t allow photography in the store and watched the line like someone was going to start a riot. Sounds like not a very fun opening.
I made it there at 1pm-ish. Nice interior. :)
They security guards where being real **holes, they wouldnt let us take pictures of the outside of the store. But several of us waiting in line took pictures and filmed videos using Macbooks, HAH! Once we got into the store we were allowed to take all the pictures we wanted though.
