I know a bit the Apple distributor (IMC) structure, and my opinion is that the system itself that Apple has set up is probably the cause of all this unsatisfaction. Is it possible that from Portugal to Greece these distributors are so bad, or is it Apple's system and operating structure with these distributors that does not let operate correctly in a country?

This situation sounds similar to what we experience in Portugal, where Apple's local image, service and business ethics are below acceptable. Judging from our own experience attempting to improve this state of affairs, Apple will not listen; apparently they regard those issues secondary to short term quarter sales results, which have overall followed its worldwide positive trend. Or perhaps they regard the effort of pulling the plug on its lame IMC unworthy versus the expected long term sales increase in a small national market.
Shame on you, Apple Computer, Inc.

Dear sir, I respect your opinion, but I would like to inform you that 1072 people, until now, have signed the “WewantAppleGreece” petition which had uploaded on 27th of October, 2006 and it is still accessible here: http://www.petitiononline.com/wwag/petition.html
You should respect them too.
No reply from Apple Inc. until now.

Best regards
Dimitris Karakatsanis
PS: Sorry about my bad -for you- English.
