I moved to Prague two months ago. I need to find an authorized Mac Service provider for my laptop. I can’t find one. The Mac Source store does not do repairs, nor, do they know where do go for said repair. Does anyone know where I can go for service on my MacBook Pro that will work with my Apple Care Plan?

Please let me know.

Feel free to email me with any information.

Dear Robert,
I find it inconceivable that someone in our store told me that they “don’t know where you should go” to get your MacBook repaired? We have our own service facility about 1km from the store and the Apple Service Center for products purchased abroad is not far from the store either. We actually hand out printed cards with both addresses for people with service issues. Our store is just not large enough to handle service, so it’s done at these other locations.
If you have anymore issues please email me directly.

Was able to find Cesky Servis on my own through web research. Still waiting to hear from them after 6 days if they are repairing my computer, or if they even now what the problem might be. Received some very kind advice from a few individuals including the above poster, Tony Hasek. I’m sure the confusion is simply within the some of the language barriers that are bound to exist. Fingers Crossed.

Just a small experience, Cesky Servis gets the job done, it just takes them quite some time. Mine was there over 2 month… And one more thing, Mr. Hasek, there is no email contact to be found to you or your store anywhere in your web, except the one to the service. just a thought…
