For a city so connected to technology and computers, the Barton Creek store south of Austin (Tex.) just isn’t sufficient to serve the needs of Apple-minded customers. So it’s not unexpected that Apple will open a store at the The Domain mall now under construction on the city’s north side when the mall opens in March 2007. The development is smack-dab in the middle of an IBM office complex, and surrounded by other tech companies, including Dell’s HQ, just nine miles up Interstate 35.

‘BOUT TIME!
The one store they already have in Austin is quite small. I was hoping for a second on congress in front of the capital, but oh well. This should do Austin fine for a few more years.
Now let’s get one in Downtown Ft. Worth, the Baybrook store going (Houston), and possibly one more in downtown Houston (The Village?). Also a second in San Antonio like on the Riverwalk would be cool.
That should do Texas just fine IMO.
