Name Tags Show Languages

If you ever look closely at an Apple store employee’s name tag, you may notice a tiny flag or two just beneath their name. Quite simply, the flag indicates additional languages that the employee speaks. It’s very common to find three or four languages among the staff of even a small store. At the larger flagships, the language capabilities are wider: the Ginza (Tokyo) store covers 10 languages, while the new Fifth Avenue (NYC) store covers 20 languages.
