It’s all about the Genius Bars when siting new Apple stores. The company has acknowledged that long check-out lines and extended Genius Bar wait times are now their biggest challenge at the existing stores, now that Apple’s popularity seems to be growing. So when it comes time to select a new location, they’re taking into account how to better distribute the existing crush of Apple store visitors. The soon-to-open Fifth Avenue store will offer improved service in three ways: it provides another Manhattan location for Apple customers, it will be open 24-hours, and the latest report is the store will be open every day of the year.
