Retail Store Environment Program

Apple today announced that its U.S. retail and on-line stores will offer an expanded computer take-back program, to recycle computers and make sure their components are properly disposed of. In a press release, Apple said the program will begin in June, and include free shipping and computer disposal. The exact procedures aren’t described, but should be posted soon, according to the company’s environment Web page.
